Who is Fetullah Gulen?

On April 27, 1941, he was born in Korucuk village of Pasinler district of Erzurum.

In 1945, he began to read the Qur'an, and in 1951 he became a memory.

In 1946 primary school began.


In 1959 he studied madrasa until he returned to Edirne.

In 1963, he returned to Erzurum for a year and stayed with his family.

He was in Edirne until he was appointed to Kırklareli in 1965. In this period he also made his military service.

In 1966, he was appointed as the central vice minister of İzmir and continued this duty until 1971. In these years, he has been chatting in various illusions of the Aegean region. He went to the pilgrimage with official duty.

He was arrested during the 1971 testimony and was sentenced to seven months in prison. At the end of his three years in prison he was acquitted in 1974.

In 1975-76, he gave conferences named "Qur'an and Science", "Darwinism", "Golden Generation", "Integrity Justice and Prophethood" in Anatolia.

The first issue of the leak magazine appeared in February 1979. The editorials wrote Gülen.

On 12 September (1980) the capture decision was taken about. At that time he left İzmir and remained in different cities.

In 1981 he resigned from his duties as a preacher in the Diyanet.

In 1986 he went to Hajj.

He wrote the editorials of the New Umit magazine, which appeared on July 1, 1988.

In 1989 he began his informal sermons. He continued these sermons until 1992.

During this period, the sermons he had made in Üsküdar Yeni Valide Kulliye for 62 weeks were later transformed into a book called Endless Nur.

In 1996, at the Ankara Kocatepe Mosque, CHP General Secretary made a funeral prayer on Kasım Gülek's will.

Migrated to America in 1999.

The names he has seen in 1990 are: Turgut Özal, Tansu Çiller, Mesut Yilmaz, Bülent Ecevit, Abraham Foxman, Morton Abramowitz, Pope II. John Paul.
