This interesting term is the name given to them by Masons.
The Masons gave this name to them because the founder of the Masonry was the widow of the architect of the temple and the master of the masonry, HIRAM, whom the Prophet Solomon built in Jerusalem.
As it is known, Freemasonry is formed entirely on the basis of "fraternity of secrecy, interest and religion" and has secret and only the passwords and special signs that are known to them for the purpose of helping each other.
That is, when a Mason is in a difficult situation in any place and needs to be helped, only the signs of hand, arm and body known by the Masons are given the message of relief. If the time is not at night and it is not possible to see these signs;
'' - Anyone helping widow's child? '' He calls out. If there are Masons, they have to help their brothers.
So this term is also a cipher.
